Terms & Conditions

1.  A current vaccination certificate is required for any dog using CCHC.

2. Whilst every care possible is taken of dogs undergoing treatment and in the             maintenance of the water & equipment, all dogs receive treatment entirely at their owners risk.

3. All sessions, including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for in advance

4. Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice

5. Dogs will not be admitted with contagious or infectious conditions.  Dogs will not be allowed to use the facilities with any eye, ear or skin conditions.

6. Bitches in season may not use the facilities until the season is over.

7. Dogs must be in as clean a condition as possible.

8. A referral form must be completed by the vet who normally deals with the dog, prior to any session.

9. Owners are requested not to feed their dog for at least three hours before attending a session, and to ensure that the dog has done it's ablutions before arriving.  A surcharge of £10 will be levied for dogs which defecate in the pool.

10. It is the responsibility of the owner to poop-scoop for his dog on CCHC premises.  Bags are available.  All dogs must be kept on a lead, and under control, when attending CCHC.

11. There are no facilities for children and it is advisable not to bring them.

12. CCHC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned, whilst on the premises.

13. CCHC reserve the right to use video recording and photographs taken during sessions.

14. CCHC reserve the right to refuse treatment to any dog.
